15 years warranty on the frame
10 year warranty on drive motor (treadmills only)
12 months parts and labour
And we keep stock of spare parts locally - so anything you might need is just a phone call away.
Things You Should Know:
- There are very few ‘branded’ products on the market. BH Fitness – No. 1 in Europe and available in Australia and New Zealand – is European Designed and Engineered. That’s why the products look so good and operate so seamlessly and efficiently.
- BH Fitness invests in a research and development team whose sole purpose is the design and engineering of every product they put their name to. Pioneering technology like ‘Plug & Run’ treadmills are ready to use with just 3 clicks out of the box! Now, how’s that for simple and stress free!
- BH Fitness believes that you shouldn’t have to sacrifice form for function – we want both! That’s why BH Fitness has won so many awards for design. It’s also the reason why most people don’t feel the need to hide the products they buy in back rooms or garages – many of them hold pride of place in bedrooms or lounge rooms across the country. - We don’t recommend you buy an unknown or ‘home brand’ product. It’s an easy trap to fall into and it may not be until something goes wrong that you realise what a false economy it all was! What if I break something or lose a part?
We understand that sometimes accidents happen. In the event that you accidentally break something, lose the safety key to operate your treadmill or whatever the case may be you can feel safe in the knowledge that we carry all spare parts locally and can get replacement items to you in a flash!
In the very rare event that your item is faulty, BH Fitness reserves the option to repair or replace the defective part for you at no cost. While we will always work hard to complete your service as quickly as possible, please understand that we are not responsible for those rare delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to manufacturing delays, delays caused from shipment of parts to a service facility, transport/postal strikes or acts of God.

Terms Of Warranty
All Orbit Health & Fitness equipment comes with an extensive warranty. Warranty from product to product does vary so please check the product pages or contact us with any enquiries regarding a certain product.
Warranty Conditions
- This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Proof of original purchase must be provided to make a claim.
- This warranty is specifically a domestic warranty and will be void if the product is found to be used in a corporate or commercial environment (personal trainers, gyms, hotels, etc.)
- This warranty is void if the product is subject to abuse, neglect, and improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, and modification, abnormal, excessive or improper use.
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue, is not covered. Fatigue symptoms of the frame being worn out through normal use, is one kind of wear and tear and is the responsibility of the owner to inspect his/her product.
- In the event a product can not be returned to the original point of purchase, a call out fee will be charged to the consumer, the value at the discretion of Orbit Health & Fitness Solutions dealer.
- Damage resulting from improper assembly or maintenance, or from installation of parts and accessories not compatible with Orbit Health & Fitness Solutions products, is not covered.
- Only treadmills receive an in house warranty based only the product being fully assembled and signed off by the retailer. All other products are returned to point of purchase, with exemptions applying to home gyms where a part will be sent to the customer.
- In house service on treadmills fall under the following geographic parameters: In house service applies only to purchasers within a 50km radius of each capital city. All other areas will incur a call out fee or must be returned to the point of purchase or the closest Orbit Health & Fitness Solutions authorised repairer.
- All products assembled by the user must be returned to point purchase or a call out fee will apply.
- All warranty claims must be accompanied by a receipt of purchase.
- All assembly faults are not covered under warranty and the assembler will be charged for both damaged parts and labour.
