Delivery / Installation

Delivery & Installation will take approximately 2-10 business days depending on location and delivery options.

We can provide FREE professional in home or office installation of your fitness equipment within the Sydney Metro area (or outside Sydney Metro by arrangement).  Installations include assembly of items, rubbish removal and a demonstration on usage and any maintenance required.  For anyone located outside Sydney (and surrounding areas) please contact us via email or phone for a freight quote, this ensures we can keep delivery costs as low as possible.

Customers will normally be contacted the same day a purchase is made although during busy times we will reply within 48 hours to arrange delivery or pick up.  Please ensure all contact details are provided when making a purchase.
